Music is the one incorporeal entrance into the higher world of knowledge which comprehends mankind but which mankind cannot comprehend.

What is the mechanism of effect of Tone-Pearls?
Can I play your CD on my CD-player?
What is the problem with a printed CD?
It is not easy to find an appropriate conceptual category for Tone-Pearls however, in some respect, they might be considered as „musical instruments“.
Tone-Pearls are in no way audio equipments. Functionally, Tone-Pearls enhance the listening experience and recording of music.
Based on the recognized principles of tone transformation, we created an instrument, the so-called Tone-Pearls. Tone-Pearls may establish a more direct and intimate connection to music. Metaphorically we may say: musical instruments and human ear will be extended in space by the effect of Tone-Pearls; thus, they might be considered – in this respect -- as musical instruments.
We are aware that the above description is rather sketchy and hard to understand. You will find more in the book to be published.
For deeper understanding please, contact us.
Sorry, but Tone-Pearls are not commercial products, they are rather experimental products of a scientific study, tools of an investigation. There is no intention to sell them. However, you may enjoy Tone-Pearls recording technique by listening to our recordings.
This question will come up against you, when you dig up information about vinyl records. And you may find two answers, depending on the belief system of the responder.
However, there is a problem with the question itself. Something is missing from the question: what is the target? Do you want to record, analyze and evaluate sound? Or do you want to record music?
If I want to measure, analyses the acoustical properties of a room, I always use a digital system. The sound is recorded, stored and evaluated in digital form. The resolution of time and space (the sampling frequency and word length) depends on the purpose of the measurement.
So we have a simple answer: CD (i.e. digital recording) is better than vinyl (i.e. analogue recording) IF you want to record and analyze SOUND.
But if you want to listen to MUSIC vinyl will suit better.
Free Lossless Audio Codec (FLAC) is a file format for lossless audio data compression. During compression, FLAC does not lose quality from the audio stream, as lossy compression formats such as MP3, AAC, and Vorbis do.
FLAC reduces bandwidth and storage requirements without sacrificing the integrity of the audio source. A digital audio recording (such as a CD track) encoded to FLAC can be decompressed into an identical copy of the audio data. Audio sources encoded to FLAC are typically reduced in size 40 to 50 percent (46% according to their own comparison).
Digital rights management (DRM) is a generic term that refers to access control technologies used by hardware manufacturers, publishers, and copyright holders to limit usage of digital media or devices.
The lack of DRM has several benefits for you as a customer:

AAD Master CD is superior to stamped CD in two main respects: BLER is about 100 times lower; there is only one generation of transfer instead of up to five.
Unfortunately, once a master CD is sent to a replication plant for production, the quality is slipping out of our control. The stamped CD is always inferior to the master. The engineer has no control over the jitter and block error rates during the replication process.
Three, often up to five generations of transfer, are made from the original master to the glass stamper.
