Shipment within Republic of Ireland:
For shipment within Ireland you can pay Cheque, per credit card or Paypal.
Our products will be sent by Standard Post.

The basic delivery charge per item is €5*.
*For orders of 5 items or higher we do not charge any shipping costs for shipment within Ireland.
CD
The basic delivery charge per item is €2.
Shipment to Europe:
For delivery to countries except Ireland you can pay per credit card or Paypal.

The basic delivery charge per item is €7.60.
CD

Shipment to USA and Canada and rest of the World:
For delivery to US and Canada you can pay per credit card or Paypal.

For shipment to foreign countries all costs plus extra charges, plus customs duty and border taxes, where arising, will be charged.
All prices are inclusive Irish value-added tax of 21%.
1. If you wish to cancel your order:
1. you can notify us by email to sale@tonepearls.com before we have dispatched the goods to you;
or
2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
1. in the event that the product has been used.
2. to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
The provisions of this clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.
